The Chickens

I am here to give a update on the chicks:

We have named 6 chicks:
Stella
Gloria
Luna-Chick
Baby
Wanda
Daisy Mae

Sadly, this afternoon, Baby died. She was so small, that the other chickens were stepping on her, and she was not thriving for food, so we decided to seperate her, but, chickens are flock animals, so she did not survive. She will always be in our memories.

I LOVE YOU BABY!

Stella & Luna

We have now named two of our chicks.

One of them is named Luna-Chick, Luna for short,(as you already know) and then another one is now named Stella. She is one of the smallest, and very sweet. She loves to just lay down in your hand and fall asleep! (Unlike Luna!) So that is a update on the chicks! We are naming the ones that have something that is unique about themselves, so we can tell which is which. And soon we are going to name one of our Silver Laced Wyandottes, we will name her Gloria! We just have to find out which one of them will be named Gloria, so when that time comes, I will let you know!

P.S. Luna-Chick has a great-big wing-span!

CHICKENS!

My Chickens are SOOO cute! I just love them so much!

We have fourteen chickens total!

3 Buff Orpingtons (spelling???)
3 Silver Laced Wyandottes
4 Gold Stars
4 Black Austrolorp (spelling???)

One of the Gold stars,(they are yellow with gold stripes) has already started to grow their wings a bit, they are just small, but I think that one will be the biggest soon! And she is also pretty sassy, so we have named her Luna-Chick! She is also pretty crazy, so she is kinda like a lunatic! But she is a chicken, not a tic, so she is now Luna-Chick, or Luna for short!

I will post more about the chickens later!

Willis and Lola, worms again.

Willis and Lola had worms, again.
We are thinking it will be something they will always have, from the farm. We did fix them, we are now using Diatomaceous Earth, in our pets food. It helps clean out their guts, stuff like that, and it seems to work!
It does seem to give Willis the sniffles, but he got over that, too.
Just another little tip to give yall'!

The Surprise

There is a very fun and sweet little surprise coming next week or so, and your clue of what it might be is that picture over there!
I am sorry that I have not been online lately, I have had a very busy time lately. But a relative has reminded me about this blog, and now I will try to keep you posted, and also about the new surprise coming!

And, also, I think that i will be needing a new, more mature name than Snobbs, so I will just go by...

Dr. Brooks

P.S. that is just my name for now, I may deside to keep it, or i might change it, but for now, just call me Dr. Brooks, Dr, Brookey, whatever.

Please do not read this, if you don't like hearing about pet sicknesses.

One day, when my family and I were just leaving somewhere, Willis, had thrown up, and we noticed something bad,

HE HAD WORMS.

We had to bring the "Sample" to the vet, they said it was not "Life threatening", but we needed to give them medicene.

We had to give BOTH of the DOGS some chewy food, because my mom noticed that Garth had them too, then we had to give the cats pills. WHen I was giving them pills, Willis was eating his at his eating area, on a high table, while Lola was eating on the floor. (She had a bowl, the pills were not on the floor) I did not want to move them, or she might move. When I went to make sure Willis was eating his, somebody opened the door to the backyard, Garth ran in, and ate Lola's pills.

He will be ok, Infact, he will probably be "Worm Free"!(Just for a while) Lola got some more pills, because they had to have four two times, one time one week, and then about two weeks after, the other four. The night of the second round of pills, we were eating lobster, and we had some butter on hand. We made the pills slippery so they would go down their throat easier, and it worker perfectly.

Lola was so scared

When we got home from the vet, Lola was so mad, she was so scared. She made my mom bleed! She was hiding for like two hours! Or more! My mom and a friend saw her twice, but then we heard her, then I saw her, then she cam up to me, and I picked her up, she was not scared anymore. So it was a happy ending!

The vet was visited again. FOR THE THIRD TIME!

Yes yes, as you know Lola and Willis went to the vet again today. And expecially Lola was not happy. And this time there was some blood involved. They do not have fevers though! And they got shots today! But I do not know which ones.

The vet is going to be visited soon...

Willis and Lola are going to the vet soon. Just wanted to let you guys know.

L-O-L-A LOLA! Na na na na na na LOLA!~

When I was doing my morning computer time, I brought Lola with me. She wanted to go up on the computer, so I let her. I was going to search somthing on Google, and she walked on the keyboard and typed "po."It was soooo cute and funny!

Snobbs

The time the Vet was visited...AGAIN!!!

We took the kittens to the vet again, and it went well. They don't have any mites, so they can get closer to the dogs, but they still have fevers, they are only contagious to kittens though, so the dogs won't get sick. There was no biting, hissing, scratching, or anything. They were fine.
